I have this thing about angels. Battle angels. Dignified looking angels. Fantasy angels. I do not know why, what it is about angels. I’m not a follower of the Christian faith, but angels tend to pop up in pretty much every known religion of the world, in one form or another. Regardless, it’s not a question of or about faith, not for me. They just stick in my mind. The sense of power and the aloof, remote vision of them I see in my mind’s eye always comes through in my artwork. This one is no exception. Yerachmiel is the angel of the earth, according to some info I found on the web. All in al, I have to say I really like how this one turned out.
