No one is allowed to post my artwork on the web for redistribution as PSP tubes or any sort of digital collection online or off-line for profit.

No one is allowed to post my artwork as is on sites such as My Space, Facebook, Photobucket, Flickr and any other site similar to these sites.

You may not post my artwork on any site where anyone can request a print order of the image via a third party whose sole purpose is to sell prints for profit and said printing company does not credit me or compensate me in some way for my own artwork.
A Random Image

My artwork is NOT stock to be used in photo manipulations of any kind. DO NOT use it in such a manner. I offer clip art in my online store that can be used for stock. Please visit my online shop for clip art you can use in photo manipulations.

You may use the artwork posted in my personal gallery on this domain for personal use, or as an image for your gaming or role-play character without a licensing fee. If an image is marked as in use or otherwise states that it cannot be used, do not use it. If I post new artwork in my blog and it is stated the image is part of my commercial gallery, it cannot be used for free. Those images cannot be used unless you are a member, and they have their own Terms of Use. I also have clip art in high resolution jpeg and transparent png format that can be licensed from my online store. Both the artwork in my store and my subscription gallery can be used for personal and commercial use.

You must have written permission to use the artwork in my personal gallery on this domain to create FREE avatars, PSP tubes, My Space themes, blog themes of any kind, message board themes, web sets, stationary, sig tags, or templates. Any item you create must be for personal use or offered for free. You cannot use my work for free and make a profit from it.
